How it works and getting your shelter to ezup4u.com repair center.
1. Click here to use the online
repair form. After you submit the form to ezup4u.com you will need to
print read and sign the bottom of the form.
2. Do not send the frame in with the top attached, as that will
damage the top. If you are having us repair the frame only, please do
not send in the top.
3. Securely box up your item(s). If you need a box, we suggest
using the services of a mailing company, such as The UPS Store. Click
here to find your closest UPS Store: http://www.upsstore.com/. If you
are sending back a 10 x 20 frame, please disassemble it into the 2
pieces it originally came in, and send it in 2 boxes. You are
responsible for all shipping charges to ezup4u.com.
